Played as children! Danced as teenagers! Worked together as men for a little bit and laughed the whole time! Top lad! Well be sadly missed kid xx
I've not seen Tim since high school, but we talked occassionally through Facebook. Birthdays, Christmas and New Year were the usual catch up conversations. Such a lovely man and so proud of his son Marshall. He will be dearly missed by all that knew him, my thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time. x
I met Tim through our work together. I spoke to him everyday and my calls were always answered in the same cheerful way, regardless of what I was asking him to do. He was one of the kindest, most helpful people I have ever met and would often go out of his way to make my job easier. He will be greatly missed and my thoughts are with his family at this sad time x
Tim, gone far too soon, thank you for making us smile, you were like a ray of sunshine, it was a pleasure to have known you. Rest in peace. xxxx
I haven't seen much of Tim since high school but when we did bump into each other we always had a big hug & catch up. Tim was so warm & friendly with a heart so big. I have fantastic memories from school & for that I am thankful. Sending my condolencies to his family & loved ones xxx
Rest in peace Tim, I honestly don't have the words, my thoughts go out to his family. A true friend to all that knew him.
This lovely young man called in to vets4pets each morning as a courier. He always greeted everyone with a big friendly smile and we'd have a chat. Such a lovely person who is missed by myself and Victoria Addington. We are so shocked to hear of his sudden passing. Rest in peace Tim Christopher
Great lad xx
RIP Tim you were a truly nice guy! Always bubbly and happy! Hope your partying hard up there matey
23 years ago I walked into a Leeds classroom full of strangers fresh from school to start a plumbing course. I could never imagine that day the first person to talk to me would go on to still be in my life until his sad passing all these years later. Tim was one of a kind he was the most genuine and always there when it mattered people I've ever met. We shared some of life's great times and helped each other in the not so great times, no matter where we were in our own lives a call or text either way would have unconditional help from the other when needed. He thought the absolute world of his family especially Marshall you could literally feel the pride and love in his voice whenever he spoke about him and his achievements in his life so far. It's an honour to have known him all these years and shared so many moments in our lives, he was in many ways like the brother I never had. The word irreplaceable is used far too often when someone passes but in this case it's true, Tim was so many things to so many people and all of them good. There isn't a person who ever met him with a bad word to say or that hasn't shared a positive life experience thanks to him and that's the biggest compliment any person could wish to have thought of them.
R.I.P Tim and thank you for everything.
Never thought I'd be writing this about someone who was so vibrant and full of life, not seen Tim for many years now but what a character and lovely lad he was at school. I feel privileged to have known him and I send all my love and best wishes to his family at this very sad time.
There is a very special person missing from our family our beloved Tim .I was 17 when Tim and emma came along so I could have been old enough to be their mum, One thing I will never forget was when our mum passed away Tim said you will have to be my mum now Linda .I never thought we would all be writing in Tim's memorial page so soon they always say the good die young will miss you Tim but no one can take the memories away sleep well love XXXX
My little brother and best friend, I feel so lucky to have had you in my life, we had so many laughs, I'll love you forever and miss you every day, sleep tight sweetheart xxxx
We miss you every day... we will never forget your smily face love you good night gid bless
RIP tim
I met Tim through our boys, Marshall and Roman. I always stood and talked to him at cricket and football, he was genuinely a nice man, I am in disbelief he's gone, so sad. Marshall was his world. RIP .X
Even before meeting and getting to know Tim personally I'd the privilege of witnessing his unbridled love and concern for his son Marshall. Being a Staples family friend, a few years ago I'd added Marshall onto my facebook but my entry into Marshall's friend list hadn't gone unnoticed. The very next day I received a message from Tim asking me how I knew Marshall. Tim was very polite about the whole thing and it was humbling to see how keenly he'd dedicated himself to his son's well-being, who undoubtedly meant the absolute world to him. The following year I saw Tim fairly regularly and we even played football together. There's no doubt whatsoever that he was a top dad, as good as anyone could ever hope to be. However, he also was a great man, a great friend who never shied away from his responsibilities and lived life to the fullest! We miss you dearly mate but we know your eternal love for a part of you that you've left behind will forever rain down on him and help him become the man he's ought to become. Still can't come to grips with the fact that you're not amongst us anymore. Rest in Peace, dear friend!
Rip tim, so shocked to hear of your passing. My thoughts to your family at this sad time #gonetoosoon
Privileged to have known such a sweet, kind man, and blessed to have shared some fun with him as a lad. You will be sadly missed TC. Love and thoughts to all the family and friends left with the pain. RIP TC. Love ya ❤️
Gone too soon xx
The most painful goodbyes are the ones that are never said and that are never explained.
Your smile and your love of life, live on in your son.
“To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die.” Good night and God bless, Tim xxx
I was Timothy's Head of Year at Colne Valley High School. He was just the sort of lad any teacher would delight in knowing - thoroughly decent, well-enough behaved, and with a wicked sense of humour - just the sort of person the world needs. I find it hard to accept that such a person can suddenly stop - what a terrible loss.
I hadn't seen him since 1992 - so, if I find the news a painful shock, I can barely imagine how those who were still close to him must be feeling. My thoughts are with you all.
Not only have i lost my uncle I've lost a good friend too ! I have fond memories of Tim when we were growing up he always had a smile on his face and was loved by everyone ! Love and miss you so much Tim xx
Tim was welcomed into the Clayton family through his son Marshal becoming friends with our son Callum. He was a pleasure to meet and looked after Callum like one of his own. Most weekends the boys where with Tim enjoying life. Tim is missed by our family.
Keep shining bright in that sky Tim love The Clayton Family xxx
I met Tim on a blind date in 2000. the minute we met we fell in love. A few months later we moved in together and and he became a brilliant step dad to my two children. In 2004 I gave birth to our beautiful baby boy Marshall. Marshall was Tim's everything he loved him so so much. when we split up we still was very good friends and he still was a very good dad. I miss him so much but he lives on in our hearts. xx
Tim and I grew up in the village and went through school together. I remember him always being happy with blond hair. He asked me to marry him when we were about 7 yrs old in the school playground. I moved away from the village and lost touch but through the magic of Facebook we found each other again. Recently we chatted most days he jokingly called me wifey and I called him hubby. I am devastated to have lost a very dear friend who I could talk to about most things, he always knew what to say. He was a proper Yorkshire gent with a huge heart and an even bigger smile !!
